Peter Jenkins and Angelina Jenkins are a couple of rogue traders operating in the Swindon area who have stolen £750 from myself whilst trading under the name Home Care Property Maintenance.

Pictured below is the entry on Ratedpeople for Angelina Jenkins and Peter Jenkins, as being jointly responsible for Home Care Property Maintenance.
We employed Peter Jenkins and Angelina Jenkins in July 2015 through RatedPeople where they were trading as Home Care Property Maintenance. Peter Jenkins visited and was paid £500 for a new UPVC door to our property in Gorse Hill. Peter Jenkins claimed to have ordered the door and we paid him £650 to replace the guttering and facias which he did do. He then offered to tidy up the front of the property with painting for £250, to fix issues left by a previous cowboy, which we paid.
The door never arrived. Peter claimed that the supplier of the door was having difficulty sourcing the locks because the door frame was too narrow. After two weeks Peter told us he would be sourcing the door from a different supplier, before finally saying he'd source a wooden door instead. Then he phoned in sick. Days became several weeks and we heard that he was sick, his wife was sick, then all his kids were sick.

Two months of "reminding" Peter about our door, and the fact he still had £750 of our money we moved house and I asked Peter for a refund for the door that never materialised and the painting that hadn't been finished. Peter told us he would refund us however I had to keep politely badgering him for the money.

He would always say "next Monday" then when next Monday arrived it would be "oh, I didn't mean this Monday, I meant next Monday".

Peter Jenkins claimed to be so poor that he had been driving his van from Swindon to the JR Hospital to visit his supposedly ill son with no tax and no insurance on the van. Peter Jenkins told me over the phone that he was "shit scared of being stopped by the police for not having insurance".
Here are some photographs of the van, registration WR60 NFM, that drove whilst uninsured and without an MOT, and which he later tried to sell on Gumtree.
Peter Jenkins seems to try and sell lots of things on GumTree and Shpock - but always under other names, never Peter Jenkins. Funny that. I wonder where the goods he's trying to sell came from?
A search for Peter Jenkins' address of Small Acres, Kingsdown Lane, Swindon reveals that it has been raided by the police looking for stolen goods.

We contacted Swindon Borough Council Trading Standards who advised taking Peter Jenkins to court.
After six months we warned Peter that unless we received our refund then we would take action in the Civil Court. Peter Jenins ignored us and therefore I issued a Small Money Claim in the County Court against him, adding on the court fees and interest. Peter continued to ignore us - even after we won.
We have now got a Warrant of Control for a Bailiff to track Peter Jenkins down and obtain our money or goods to the value of the money he owes us.
Since we've taken out legal action against Peter Jenkins to recover the money he's effectively stolen from us, Peter Jenkins has become very belligerent and deceitful. He has lied and threatened physical violence to myself and the County Court Bailiffs.

If anybody can provide any further information about him to aid the bailiffs and myself in getting my money back then thanks in advance.
We have transferred the case against rogue trader Peter Jenkins to the High Court and instructed High Court Enforcement Officers to recover the debt owed by Peter Jenkins.
In March I encountered Peter Jenkins in Asda, Thamesdown Drive when I prompted him to pay me the money owed to me. Peter Jenkins response was to viciously assault me. He was taken away by officers of Wiltshire Police to help the Police with their enquiries.
